Precautions for operating pneumatic torque wrench

1. Pay attention to the position of the directional switch before operation to understand the direction of rotation when operating the intake valve.

2. Please ensure that the compressed air enters the pneumatic motor of the wrench.

3. Ensure that all hoses and other connecting devices are correctly sized and securely installed; Do not use damaged, worn or aged air hoses and other connecting devices.

4. Before operating the machine, it is essential to check if there is sufficient lubricating oil in the oil cup. Lack or absence of lubrication can accelerate the wear rate of the pneumatic motor blades, leading to reduced tool performance and increased maintenance work.

5. The body posture must maintain balance and stability, and the amplitude should not be too large when operating this tool.

As a common pneumatic tool, if it is found that the pneumatic torque wrench cannot achieve its original function during use, it must not be continued to be used. In order to reduce mechanical failures of the tool, regular maintenance of the tool and the addition of some lubricating oil should be paid attention to.
